Sam Shalwani

Mr. Shalwani is an Advisory Board Member with the BCREM Hospitality Finance division.  Mr. Shalwani has extensive management, operational and finance experience in the hospitality and casino sectors. Mr. Shalwani and his teams have arranged hundreds of millions in hospitality bridge, ground up construction, rehab and PIP renovations.

Mr. Shalwani was formerly an Asset Manager for the Le Meridian Dallas By the Galleria, Regional Director of Finance & Operations, Urgo Hotels, Manager, American Hotels, Manager, Remington Hotels, and Manager, Starwood Hotels. Mr. Shalwai and his wife live in Dallas, Texas.
