Jeff Burke

Mr. Burke is a Advisory Board Member with BCREM Capital, Inc. Mr. Burke has more than (30) thirty plus years experience in commercial real estate, sales, marketing and promotion. Mr. Burke is an expert in nationwide construction, bridge, permanent financing and portfolio repositioning for institutions and high net worth clientele.
He is a specialist in arranging and negotiating high leverage Non-Recourse capital stacks for all property types including: hotels, resorts, condominiums, co-op, condotel, multifamily, office, retail and more. Prior to joining the BCREM Capital Advisory Board, Mr. Burke was a Founder and Principal of Pacifica Capital and Investments. The firm was engaged in raising debt, equity and joint ventures for a variety of commercial Real estate construction projects.

Mr. Burke is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Business and has a B.A. in Marketing and Finance. He also enjoys spending time with his three adult children and enjoying the sunny Southern California lifestyle
