David Fogg

Mr. Fogg is a Executive Vice President with BCREM Capital Inc. He handles nationwide new business development and loan origination for all real estate property types and is a construction, bridge and permanent financing expert.

Mr. Fogg has more than (30) thirty plus years experience in the real estate industry. He has arranged over $1 billion in real estate financing for multifamily, commercial and residential properties.

Prior positions include: Chief Financial Officer for numerous real estate development firms and owner of Builders Capital and Tanamera Homes. Mr. Fogg is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and CPA. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA in Finance from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
