Mr. Shamirian is a Assistant Vice President with BCREM Capital, Inc. and is responsible for New Business Development for the firm. Mr. Shamirian has been involved in commercial real estate for the past (6) six years and reports to Eric H. Better, President and Head of Originations.

Mr. Shamirian targets nationwide construction, bridge, permanent financing and portfolio repositioning for institutions and high net worth clientèle. He is a specialist in arranging and negotiating high leverage Non-Recourse capital stacks for all property types including: hotels, resorts, condominiums, co-op, condotel, multifamily, office, retail and more.

Mr. Shamirian is a Los Angeles, CA based native and received his B.A. degree from UCLA.
